Dispatch and delivery timescales will depend on furniture courier availability. Otherwise you can collect from HD8 postcode by prior appointment.
Delivery is a one-person service to ground floor only, so assistance will be required to unload and carry. If a two-person service is required or if delivery is not to ground floor and/or there are stairs involved, please get in touch, before purchasing, for a revised quote as this would carry an extra charge.
Actual shades of colour may vary as every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour.

Depending on the distance, we may deliver the furniture ourselves. Otherwise delivery would be by furniture couriers and delivery timescales would depend on couriers' availability and routes, but generally shouldn't take longer than 2-3 weeks.
Most couriers are a one-person service, delivering to ground-floor and help would be expected to unload/carry the item. If delivery is not to a ground floor and/or you require a 2-person service then additional costs will apply. Please also specify any information during check-out process (or notify as soon as possible afterwards) which might be relevant - i.e.: your availability, parking/access restrictions.Returns
For readily upcycled furniture bought online - you must inform us in writing, within 14 days of receipt, that you wish to return the item. You will then have 21 days to return it. Buyer responsible for return costs.
Item must be returned in original condition and original packaging. If the item has been damaged and requires repairs, the cost of repairs would be deducted from the refund amount.
Bespoke commission orders are not eligible for returns.
If you wish to cancel an order, this must be completed before the item is despatched to you.
